All our quotes take many factors into account when we generate trip pricing, such as mileage, trip type and hours of service requested. This is to ensure that we always provide you with the best value for your trip!

First, send us your quote request using the “Request Quote” button or send your trip details to service@ramblin.com.
Make sure to include the following in your request:
– Date, trip start and end time
– Locations
– Group size or estimate passenger count

When you feel ready to confirm your quote, simply let us know and we will send you a confirmation with next steps!

When booking a trip, we request a 20% deposit within 10 days of signing your confirmation in order to secure your vehicle(s) in our booking system.

Your final booking balance payment is due 7 days prior to departure. This can be paid at any point within this timeline.

You can easily pay with a debit or credit card using a direct payment link, provided in your confirmation email. Optionally you can give us a call and we will happily assist you over the phone. We also offer additional payment methods such as ACH, wire transfers and corporate checks.

We can typically accommodate additional stops within 50 miles and your existing trip timeline at no extra cost. To get the most accurate pricing and make itinerary adjustments, please send trip revision details to service@ramblin.com.

There is no penalty for cancellations made 14 or more days prior to departure. Cancellations made within 14 days of service are charged 20% of the total service cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours of service are charged 100% of the total service cost, unless service is rescheduled, or the cancellation is due to extreme weather conditions. All cancellations must be acknowledged and confirmed in writing.
