Motor Coach Operator (CDL)
- Safely and professionally drive Motorcoaches, mastering the roads.
- Provide transportation services to various destinations, including local charters, over-the-road trips, and more.
- Travel over 2.5 million miles annually, serving our valued passengers.
- Always uphold safety regulations and company policies.
- Hourly base wage of $22-$24/hour (based on experience) plus daily incentives, tips, and gratuities.
- Additional benefits such as holiday pay, cell phone reimbursement, and paid training.
- Flexible schedules, including local transfers, day/evening trips, and casino shuttles.
- US work authorization required.
- CDL holder with at least 2 years of experience.
- Passenger endorsement is a must.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have a clean MVR and criminal background.

- 3 years or less experience: $25 - $32 per hour
- 5 years diesel experience: $32 - $40 per hour
- Seasoned mechanics with coach experience: $40 - $50 per hour

- Troubleshoot complex electrical systems, PLCs, and HVAC systems
- Use Cummins Insight software for diagnostics and repairs
- Lift heavy parts and handle physically demanding tasks with care
- Develop innovative maintenance solutions and ensure passenger safety
- 3+ years of hands-on diesel engine repair experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Valid US work authorization and clean driving record
- Possession of necessary tools for the job
- 8 to 10-hour shifts with overtime potential
- Work location: In-person at Aurora, CO 80011
