Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to phone calls and emails, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to enhance sales opportunities.
• Address client inquiries and concerns with a customer-centric approach.
• Utilize sales tactics to promote charter services and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the team to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in navigating various software systems, including Coach Manager.
• Adapt and learn new software to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Utilize spreadsheets to analyze data and track sales performance.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the transportation industry.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in computer systems.
