Step into the role of Senior Client Service Representative at Ramblin Express. Your expertise in CRM platforms, superior communication skills, and proven sales success will be key to our continued success. While prior transportation experience is not required, familiarity with Hours of Service (HOS) and FMCSA regulations will be advantageous. We are looking for a motivated professional who excels at multitasking and is not seeking an entry-level sales position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to phone calls and emails, generating quotes for transportation services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Address client inquiries and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Implement sales strategies to promote charter services and meet sales targets, converting quotes into sales for clients’ travel needs.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective compliance regulations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in CRM platforms, including Coach Manager specific to transportation.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new software to enhance productivity.
- Use spreadsheets for data analysis and monitoring sales performance.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the transportation industry.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and other computer systems.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a team-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and exceptional organizational skills.
