  • Safely and professionally drive Motorcoaches, mastering the roads.
  • Provide transportation services to various destinations, including local charters, over-the-road trips, and more.
  • Travel over 2.5 million miles annually, serving our valued passengers.
  • Always uphold safety regulations and company policies.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly base wage of $22-$24/hour (based on experience) plus daily incentives, tips, and gratuities.
  • Additional benefits such as holiday pay, cell phone reimbursement, and paid training.
  • Flexible schedules, including local transfers, day/evening trips, and casino shuttles.

  • US work authorization required.
  • CDL holder with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Passenger endorsement is a must.

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform expert repairs and preventive maintenance on our motorcoach fleet
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical systems, PLCs, and HVAC systems
  • Use Cummins Insight software for diagnostics and repairs
  • Lift heavy parts and handle physically demanding tasks with care
  • Develop innovative maintenance solutions and ensure passenger safety
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of hands-on diesel engine repair experience (required)
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems
  • Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Valid US work authorization and clean driving record
  • Possession of necessary tools for the job
Schedule:
  • 8 to 10-hour shifts with overtime potential

Job description

We are seeking a self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision for our Bus Detailer/Wash Crew position. The role entails cleaning vehicles of various sizes ranging from sedans, 8-14 passenger shuttle minibuses, 22-56 passenger buses, both interior and exterior, and demands flexibility in shifts according to operational needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a pressure washer and brush machine for exterior washing of vehicles.
  • Perform interior cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, restroom sanitation, window cleaning, windshield maintenance, and detailing.
  • Ensure thorough interior cleaning, disinfection, and sanitization of all vehicles.
This role involves physically demanding tasks, including lifting objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly, performing various arm and body movements, squatting, lifting, sweeping, wiping, and prolonged periods of standing in wet, hot/cold conditions. Additionally, you will work with various cleaning chemicals and soaps in a wash bay environment. Other requirements include maintaining a clean work area, operating equipment safely and correctly after training, and occasional assistance in the Maintenance Shop for various maintenance and groundskeeping duties.

Requirements:

  • Dependability and reliability are essential.
  • Flexibility with work schedule, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Spanish required.
  • Experience with power wash machines and detailing commercial vehicles is necessary.
