As a Customer Engagement Specialist at Ramblin Express, you will:

- Digital Marketing Mastery: Take charge of our digital presence, overseeing websites, SEO, SEM, content, social media, and on-line advertising efforts.
- Collaborative Excellence: Work seamlessly with Operations, Dispatch, and Sales Team to ensure smooth charter execution.
- Stay Ahead: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to adapt strategies proactively.
- Tech Savvy: Quickly learn and adapt to new software systems and tools that support our evolving business needs.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and submit comprehensive market and sales reports, contributing valuable insights to the CEO.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and marketing process, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Client Point of Contact: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns.

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with:
- Educational background: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field (preferred)
- Tech Proficiency: Proven experience adapting to and effectively using various software tools and platforms, including CRM software. email marketing tools, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytic and Adobe Analytics.
